Fuelled by an abundance of superb local ingredients, some of which are grown in the gardens, our Chef, Steven Titman, has developed a cuisine of international fame. His menus meet and exceed the exacting requirements of the Relais & Chateaux’s gastronomic standards.

Delicious cuisine and impeccable service go hand-in-hand at Summer Lodge and renowned sommelier Eric Zwiebel will be on hand to offer the finest suggestion of wine to accompany your meal. You can enjoy both in our light and airy conservatory, the elegant Restaurant, or in the warm cosiness of the Whisky Bar - with around 300 whiskies available. In the summer you can dine on the terrace, while our scrumptious traditional Dorset Afternoon Tea is served every day in the Drawing Room and Conservatory. You'll also not want to pass the cheese trolley which offers an award-winning selection of up to 27 cheeses. Dietary requirements including vegan options are also available.
