The Food & Beverage department is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be responsible in assisting the Restaurant Manager to run the breakfast, lunch, Afternoon Tea and dinner services.
Key responsibilities include:
To deputise for the restaurant manager in their absence
Run your shift to the highest level, in-line with the SOP manual and ‘Summer Lodge’s’ procedures
Supervision of the restaurant staff, on a daily basis, providing support, guidance and discipline where necessary.
Play and active role in exceeding guest expectations and ‘Wowing’ the guest
To ensure that the quality of dish presentation in the restaurant is consistent with the agreed standards and communicate any variances directly with the Restaurant manager and if appropriate, the kitchen (Head chef)
To support the bar and lounge team as and when required
Deal with guest complaints efficiently and effectively reporting to restaurant manager
