Introduction to Mindfulness Day


Spend a day with us learning all about the benefits of mindfulness on Friday 15th November.

Mindfulness is the art of reconnecting with our bodies and the sensations they experience - waking up to the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of the present moment. Embark on an introduction to mindfulness at Summer Lodge with Verity Woodgate, a qualified mindfulness teacher. 

The day will include a series of workshops, a mindfulness walk of the beautiful walled gardens of Summer Lodge (weather dependent), and a two-course lunch of locally sourced, healthy and seasonal cuisine, with tea and coffee breaks.

Please wear comfortable clothes. Mat, blankets and a mindfulness workbook will be provided.

Price: £75 per person (Evershot residents can receive a 20% discount: £60 per person)
