Within the hotel’s meticulously tended grounds you’ll find a spectacular water feature, the kitchen garden beside the Spa that provides fresh herbs and seasonal vegetables for the kitchen, wide green lawns, and plenty of shaded nooks for lazing around with a cooling drink and a good book on warm Summer days.

If you’re feeling a little more active, we can offer tennis on our hard courts, croquet on the lawn, giant chess – there’s more to this game than purely cerebral effort – or a swim in the pool. And however you choose to pass your time, you can as always rely on attentive staff to ensure that you have everything you need to make your outdoor hours as rewarding as possible.
