If you are a fan of ceramics or keen to learn a bit more about this wonderful craft then Summer Lodge has the perfect break for you.  Spend two nights in a Superior room on 08 and 09 October 2008, inclusive of a delicious breakfast and a full day of ceramic pottering. 
 
We have partnered with a local Somerset ceramics studio "Ceramic Creations", run by the charming Mrs Rita Bennett, who is self taught and a member of The Somerset Guild of Craftsmen.  Specialising in Tubelined Ceramics her skill in decoration and finishing in Italian colours and glazes is exceptional, and she is offering to share her experience with our guests for a full day of learning on Thursday 09 October.
 
The day will take place in the Dorchester Suite at the hotel with lunch and coffee served to keep you refreshed. The package includes paints, glazing, firings and presentation box.  Your very own creation will be posted to your specified address in its presentation box once fired and set.
