Summer Lodge makes the perfect base camp for a family break – there’s something for everyone, from fossil hunting on the beaches of the Jurassic coastline to attractions such as the Abbotsbury Swannery, Monkey World and the Bovington Tank Museum.
Back at the hotel there are four acres of lovely gardens for the kids to explore, as well as the heated indoor pool. We also have eight interconnecting rooms either in the Coach House or the Summer Lane Cottages. Each pair has a lounge, conservatory or small seating area, so you have a shared family space, but your own private bedroom room as well.
