Sommelier Eric Zwiebel has created a cellar at Summer Lodge that is a source of wonder for wine lovers. Filled with his personal selection of outstanding wines, both famous names and lesser-known growths, the walls are lined with bottles to delight, excite, and provide the perfect accompaniment to the exquisite cuisine served in our restaurant. Working with chef Steven Titman, together they have also created a magnificent Wine Dinner Program of occasions not to be missed!
The list Eric has created for Summer Lodge is truly spectacular, and has received the prestigious ‘Best of Award of Excellence’ from Wine Spectator, every year since 2005. Eric and the Assistant Cellar Master are usually on hand in the restaurant should you require recommendations.
