CELEBRITY CHEF LUNCHEON

On July 18th Summer Lodge Country House Hotel will host a special lunch with Lesley Waters, in celebration of the first year at her restored Dorset farm, Abbots Hill.  Lesley, moved from Evershot, where Summer Lodge is located, to her new farm at Abbots Hill a year ago.  Summer Lodge have asked their old friend and neighbour back to prepare a very exclusive lunch with the Summer Lodge’s resident chef, Steven Titman.  Together they have chosen a mouth-watering menu featuring four dishes from her new cook book ‘A year at Abbots Hill’.

Lesley will speak with guests before, during and after the lunch and there will be signed copies of the new cook book ‘A Year at Abbotts Hill’ available for purchase.

£49 per person for three courses including an aperitif, wines, coffee and petit fours.
12.30 for 1.00pm – seating will be at party tables.
