In fine weather, you can dine on the terrace, while our scrumptious traditional Dorset afternoon tea is served every day in the Drawing Room.

Eric Zwiebel, our cellar master, has made his mark too. In 2007, he was runner-up in the Best Sommelier of the World competition. Wine Spectator said that his was one of the most outstanding restaurant wine lists in the world. Our wine dinners, hosted by Eric, have become famous for his inspired pairings of food and wine, his fund of oenological information, and the outstanding service from this Relais & Chateaux jewel.
