Hotel: The Rubens at the Palace

A Store person required for The Rubens at the Palace Hotel, a four star deluxe property located in Victoria, London.

Your main responsibilities are ensuring all ordering and stock taking are correctly controlled and delivered to the food and beverage departments.

Duties will include:
• controlling daily stock levels
• controlling allocated budgets
• distribute food and beverage products to various depts.
• ordering dry foods and beverage

Ideally you will have had similar experience in 4 star or 5 star hotels with knowledge of Food & Beverage control, stock takes and cellar balancing.  You will have computer skills and good English language ,both  spoken and written.

You will be interacting with all departments so a friendly manner is essential, you must have good telephone skills as you will be placing orders over the telephone.
