The Montague on the Gardens Hotel, a 100 rooms hotel is looking for a Concierge Assistant. This beautiful 4 star property is recognised for the high quality service offered to guests. The Montague on the Gardens is well known by its location, in the heart of the Bloomsbury area, close to the British Museum.

As a Concierge Assistant your duties will be:

• Assisting guests in various requests and enquiries
• Booking restaurants
• Transportation  
• Obtaining tickets for Theatre and social events
• Giving local information to guests
• Delivering and collecting luggage along with the luggage porter

The successful Concierge Assistant will ideally have had experience in reception or concierge and will be looking for a first step in this role. It is essential to have experience in a London 4 or 5 star property and knowledge of London. The candidate will have to speak and write English fluently, and have a clean driving licence. You must be flexible as the hours and days of work will vary. As you will be working in a team of 9 and dealing with guests on a day to day basis, it is essential that you are a team player and have good communication skills.
