Pastry Chef De Partie

London’s premier boutique hotel is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join its award-winning and exciting kitchen team. The Milestone Hotel is a beautiful five red star property located in the heart of London’s Kensington. The Milestone is renowned for its traditional and classical service – a great hotel to develop your career within the kitchen environment.
Key responsibilities of the Pastry Chef De Partie will include:
• day to day running of the pastry section
• production of fresh, seasonal desserts, bread and afternoon teas to high standard
• Working on dessert menu development
• assisting with the ordering and controlling of stock

The ideal candidate for the Pastry Chef de Partie position will have previous experience in a similar role within a busy 4 or 5-star, 3 Rosette or Michellin environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and hard working person who can communicate effectively in English and be eligible to work in the UK.
