Just wanted to say a huge thank you for a superb stay at Summer Lodge over Easter. What can I say that I haven't said before, Summer Lodge remains our favourite 'home away from home' and every time we visit, the reasons as to why are reinforced. Beautiful accommodation, wonderful friendly and professional staff and stunning food. Having been thoroughly spoilt by the service and facilities that Summer Lodge has to offer, it would be very difficult indeed to find anywhere else that lives up to your high standards.

We did speak to Steve Titman on Saturday evening after supper, and took the time to talk to him and give our gratitude to him and his team who work so hard to prepare such wonderful food for each service.

great hotel for dogs
The facility is great, the food fabulous and the staff simply the best. One thing that we particularly liked is your attitude towards dogs. Otis was made to feel most welcome and he also sends his regards. He wants a new dog bed having tried yours! We were all looked after from start to finish and made to feel most welcome. We will definitely be back.

very grateful
The Garden Christmas were exceptional and in-house ones were stunning. With my wife's restricted diet the head chef Steve took great care and attention for which we are very grateful. The staff were very friendly, the food excellent. we much enjoyed the spa facilities and our treatment given by such friendly, knowledgeable and charming therapists.

can't compare
The visit was a special birthday for my husband and from the minute we arrived at the hotel and were greeted with politeness and courtesy to the end of our stay, the service was faultless. We have travelled considerably over the years but have decided that we never had service to compare with that experienced at Summer Lodge. The care and attention to detail were constant without being intrusive. And the food and drink was exceptional. Everyone was keen to please.
